barcelona tomorrow. struggling through the heat and stress to pack, though i think i am done now. you'd think by now i would have this packing things down, after moving so much and traveling a lot, but i always over pack AND forget something. i am so excited about barcelona. it should be a good time.

i am disappointed in myself for never updating about live8. i don't think i have the energy right now to write the details of each band we saw, what type of show they put on and how the audience reacted. the crowds were insane. english people can't get enough of robbie williams. madonna is hot. michael stipe is amazing. bob gedolf is a smart man. americans are annoying, but can be very very nice. second hand smoke gives me heart burn. sam can't get enough of the freagin' who. mariah carey is the biggest bitchiest diva around. i saw elton john! oh my god its sting. brad pitt sounded bored. bill gates came out of no where. those are some of my random thoughts about the event. it was amazing. incredible. brilliant.

the meal i wanted to mention was had with my parents and sam on one of his first nights here. we drove to a little place slightly outside cambridge, whose name escapes me. we ate outside, drinking, laughing, talking. the food was incredible. i forget what everyone else had, but i had a succulent piece of chicken with great seasonings, asparagus and these amazing cheesy ball things, made with parmesan and ricotta i think. they were amazing. the desserts were incredible. sam had chocolate cake, which was like a smooth piece of soft solid chocolate. but for once in my life i preferred the non chocolate dessert. my mom had gooseberry (goose!) crumble, with real vanilla beans and fresh cream and rhubarb. it was fucking amazingly delicious. sam and i smoked a cuban cigar on the banks of the river over looking trinity after we returned from the meal.

note to all: rachel schutt is an incredibly beautiful talented lovely powerful outstandingly intelligent creative caring thoughtful devoted amazing woman. i can't get her off my mind.

work was intense tonight. four sold out films. it felt nice knowing i have the next few days off from there. and everywhere. i still need to quit javelin. that looms over me.

who cares! spain tomorrow!!

also.,i get heartburn too due to 2nd hand.
also. forgot you won't be there when i get home.
this makes me sad.
but i am a robber, so it is probably a good thing, as would otherwise lead to awkward conversations.
